Congratulations Graduates!

On Saturday, May 4, 2024, 147 CBE undergraduate students, 25 M.S. students and 8 Ph.D. students received their well-earned chemical engineering degrees.

Among the undergraduates, 17 participated in the University Scholars Program, the University Honors Program or the CBE Honors Program. Seven undergraduates participated in the Cooperative Education Program. In addition to their chemical engineering degrees the undergraduates earned 24 B.S. or B.A. degrees in other disciplines and 120 academic minors. Eighteen of the M.S. graduates earned their degrees online as participants in the NC State Distance Education Program.

Twenty-three of the undergraduates are valedictorians (4.0 GPA), 52 graduated summa cum laude (GPA 3.75 and above), 29 graduated magna cum laude (GPA 3.5 through 3.749) and 25 graduated cum laude (GPA 3.25 through 3.499).
