Having a clear personal vision and specific goals is essential for turning your aspirations into reality. In this workshop, we’ll work together to shape your 10-year vision and set meaningful goals and action steps.

Biography:

Tony is a 1984 NC State chemical engineering graduate. He began his career at Entropy, Inc., where he helped launch the company’s West Coast operations in 1991. In 1995, he founded AirKinetics, Inc., growing it into a successful business that was acquired by Montrose Environmental Group in 2022. Passionate about entrepreneurship, Tony has been an active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization for over 20 years and has served in multiple board leadership roles. In 2024, he and his wife, Buffie, returned to Raleigh, where his journey first began.
