On Monday, October 22, 2019, our group member Tamoghna Saha completed his preliminary oral exam on his work with wearable devices to detect lactate through passive sweating!
Tamoghna’s work covered many aspects of wearable device research, including types of gels being used for osmotic patches, micro-needle addition, and early testing on people! Tamoghna is co-advised by Dr. Dickey in our departments (Click here for the Dickey group page), and he also collaborates with Dr. Daniele (Click here for Daniele group page) for work with micro-needles.
Congrats on officially becoming a PhD candidate, Tamoghna!
