Velev Group at ACS Fall 2019

At the end of September, our group sent a few of our upperclassmen to the American Chemical Society (ACS) Fall 2019 meeting in San Diego, California. Austin and Natasha, our current fourth years, and Sabina, who recently defended, attended the conference and represented our group well!

Natasha did an oral presentation on her work with microparticles containing magnetic beads.

Austin did both an oral presentation and a poster on different aspects of his research with soft dendritic colloids

Sabina did two oral presentations- one on her polyester dispersions and nanocoating research and another on the colloidal science of Bourbon.
