Our final year group member Natasha Morales Castellanos successfully defended her PhD dissertation on “Formulation and Characterization Novel Soft Magnetic Beads, Magneto-capillary Gels, and Responsive Soft Structures”. Natasha has been involved in a lot of outreach activities for the department during the course of her PhD. She has also worked on several projects and has advised multiple undergraduate students. She has also successfully represented the Velev group at several national and international conferences and symposiums.
As Natasha starts the next phase of her life, we wish her good luck for her future endeavours.
