Our final year group member Austin H. Williams successfully defended his PhD dissertation on “Particles with ‘Gecko Legs’: Making and Applications of a Novel Hierarchical Nanomaterial”. Austin worked on many projects and has advised multiple undergraduate and graduate students. He has also successfully represented the Velev group at several national and international conferences and symposiums.
As he moves on to his new job at Charles River Associates in San Francisco, we wish him good luck in his future endeavours! 🙂
