In addition to being a wonderful learning opportunity and having our current members present research, ACS Colloids also provided many chances for us to catch up with group alumni! We were able to chat with Dr. Bhuvnesh Bharti (former postdoc and research faculty, now a PI at Louisiana State University) and Dr. C. Wyatt Shields (former postdoc and now a PI at the University of Colorado, Boulder). In addition, Dr. Bharti and Dr. Shields brought their research students with them, who gave great presentations.
