Group member Nidhi Diwakar successfully defended her PhD dissertation on “New principles and applications of active particle propulsion driven by electrical and chemical gradients”. Throughout her PhD, Nidhi achieved significant milestones by working on several projects and collaborated with international research groups. Nidhi effectively represented the Velev group at several national and international conferences and symposiums and mentored many undergraduate students.
